Hi Jamie Yes this is the case, as you can imagine we have experienced a higher than normal influx of online orders and are currently experiencing delays, this is around 5 - 7 days, if you have been waiting over 7 days please contact out customer care team at customerservices@vipcig.com so one of the team can look into this for you.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your delivery. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders. Our warehouse is at full capacity and working very hard to ensure orders are going out as soon as possible. The warehouse team is trying to pick and pack as many orders as possible whilst trying to replenish our stocks, to ensure customers can order what they require. Currently our delivery times is 5-7 working days. If your parcel fails to arrive in this time then please contact our customer care team at customerservices@vipcig.com

“I have used other coils but these are the best and last longer... But I ordered online and it said next day delivery I needed them and waited 3 days the only disappointment.”
