“Very disappointed brought alpha mini can’t get coils had to buy a new starter kit just to get one and still out of stock no notification as to when they do get them back wouldn’t recommend!!”

“I have changed to different VIP products as the ones i am using seem to disappear with no email informing you, I now cannot purchase coils for the new ones i have bought very disappointing time to go somewhere else after using VIP for 10+ years”

“I am finding it increasingly frustrating that you are running out of products that suit me. I need these and yet I had to buy a new mini vape to get a coil...which always has a spare one with it. Why are these no longer for sale?”

“why have you stopped selling coils for the istick 30w . i have 2 of these batteries 1 which is nearly new its a disgrace .i know you cannot sell many batteries now but you could at least sell accessories for those that have bought them for a while longer, it means i will have to buy another , more money for you .”
