“its a pity that I have had to completely replace all my batteries/charger usb's in order to continue using this device. The flavour of the USA tobacco also has a much harsher taste almost like rolling tobacco, but in the absence of my usual brand that I have smoked for years, I guess I'll just have to get used to it!”

Thank you for contacting VIP regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently experiencing some delays with customer orders. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders.
