“After using VIP for years I have just been extremely disappointed with their service. I used the filters on the website to select 20mg menthol cartridges. What I didn't realise is that once you select the item it defaults back to 11mg so I ended up ordering the wrong strength. I called as soon as the office opened in the morning to be told there was nothing they could do. The customer service rep I was dealing with was helpful but 3 times I asked for a response from the manager and still she hasn't bothered. Such a shame after years of custom. I will be researching other suppliers.”

“Sadly this company seems to be getting worse. Delivery times now are somewhat of a joke. I ordered Thursday, it's now Tuesday and no notification to even say my order has been dispatched yet! Orders used to be next day delivery with a notification to let you know they were on their way, but now it seems they've moved to "some day" delivery and I've now ran out of cartomisers. Time to find a different company who take less than a week to deliver orders I think.”

“Ordered 80 refills plus added 2 batteries to order which were free as part of the Christmas bundle offer after checking out the batteries were not showing on order details contacted customer service no response order arrived no batteries contacted customer service again still no response”
