“Whilst the product was very good the 80 cartomisers I ordered were 30 short. No apology or token or compensation merely a grudging forwarding of the balance due. It good customer relations!”

“The cartomisers are fine (still the only ones I actually like) and the service exemplary. However there is still far too much plastic (and some very small pieces) in the packaging which is totally unnecessary. VIP always seem to have offers on the vaping liquids - but hardly ever on cartomisers. Why is this?”

“Nothing wrong with the cartomisers - in fact they are my favourite on the market - BUT there is far too much plastic in the packaging and this should be addressed as a matter of urgency. My last 3 orders have all arrived 'tampered' - i.e. not the full order. Whether this is because the black plastic bag VIP use is prone to ripping or whether the courier company are too rough or someone along the chain from producer to customer has stolen the contents I don't know but again something needs to be done about it.”

“the cartomisers themselves are fine but why so much plastic packaging? the plastic bag they arrived in was torn so some missing although courier has said they will re-deliver. I am not holding my breath!”
