“I would be able to review the product if it had actually arrived. Ordered nearly a week ago with 'next day delivery'. The money was debited from my account but the order didn't arrive. Contacted customer service to ask where it was and when it would arrive to be informed 'we are moving our warehouse so some orders have been delayed'. Not only did that not answer my question, the money should not have been taken until the order was fulfilled. Poor service.”

“As with the batteries, I estimate that a percentage of the refills are "duds", they don't actually work, although the majority are fine.”

“I have used VIP for a few years. I don't no if you have changed the cartomizers but they are not lasting as long as previously so I am using them quickly and ordering sooner than Id like.”
