“I placed this order on Thurs 11th April Order VIP67922 and received an email at 16:33 to say my order had been shipped and given a DPD ref No 15505908856780 for delivery on the 12th, I waited in but nothing arrived.On the DPD website it stated that " We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel" !!!!. It is now Monday 15th and the DPD is still stating the same !!!!! So someone somewhere is not telling the truth !! Poor Customer service and i'm not impressed at all, will probably take my custom elsewhere”

“Been using VIP for years, my go-to ecig. Reviewing this time because of my first ever problem... Ordered 50 refills (2x boxes of 25) but on delivery, the package had been damaged and only contained 25 refills (1 box). Contacted VIP by email in the evening, had a prompt reply the next morning apologising and saying replacement box would be dispatched today. Arrived the next day. Superb customer service and service recovery from VIP, very impressed. There are lots of companies who could learn a huge amount from the way VIP handled the issue and resolved the situation. Thank you guys, top customer service”

Hello and thank you for valued opinion, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our loyalty point scheme ended at the start of the year but if you have any outstanding points available you are able to still use them before the 07/08/2019. Happy Vaping.
