Thank you for contacting VIP regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently experiencing some delays with customer orders. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders. Our warehouse is at full capacity and working very hard to ensure orders are going out as soon as possible. “It is always so quick and easy to place your order and it is delivered in a couple of days. I find these refills so quick and easy to replace into your charged end of the cigarette. I find the Virginia Rolling is a very nice blend.”

“Well I would review the product but I can't. Ordered last Thursday and still not received them, a week on. I couldn't purchase what I normally do as they weren't available. I see I can buy single packs now. Normally buy four at a time.”
