“I recieved my order within 2 days so that was fantastic, however incorrect product was sent. I have phoned and the guy apologised and said he would process the vorrectborder as a matter of urgency. I phoned up again today to see where my order was and was told the order had been processed but not yet left your warehouse...so I'm still waiting..mistakes happen however very inconvenient.”

“My last order which was a 10 box order of said Virginia rolling refills was not as good as the usual standard,as I had to disguard about 5 they had a strange taste to them I have had the odd one before with the same strange flavour.but this time it was a whole box”
