“Been a customer of vip for a long time now ,I’ve had my ups and downs with their products.I was worried when they stop doing the normal cartimizers ,especially after reading reviews about ten motives but have found them better than the old ones plus less nicotine.would recommend these as a good product.”

“Ordered on Wednesday. Expected delivery on Friday, at the latest by Saturday. Not received. In the meantime I have had to buy cigarettes as I ran out of cartomisers on Saturday. Now today (Sunday) I have received an email saying that delivery will be Tuesday!!! This was supposed to be Express Delivery!!! Looks like I will have to buy even more cigarettes to last till Tuesday!!! Pretty angry to say the least!!!”

“Good product. But I wouldn't rely on their delivery time scales. I've reserved 3x from them and each time they arrived 4-5 days late. I wasn't very happy about that. Even for this product I had the option for express delivery as I had ordered over £55, I didn't receive the order until 7-8 days later.”
