“Generally happy with product and service.One minor moan,didn't receive replacement cartridges promised when I phoned up about some faulty ones No big deal though as you've always been very fair in the past.”

“Slowly getting used to the change to Motives from VIP one that I used to have. Don't think they last as long, but as I prefer this type I am sure I will get used to them. As always prompt delivery and good service.”
