“Je découvre en recevant mes nouvelles cartouches que le pas de vis ne correspond plus à celui de mes batteries ! Elles sont donc inutilisables avec les batteries achetées chez vous et qui correspondaient aux cartouches précédentes. Je n'ai pas été informée de ce changement lors de mon dernier achat de cartouches. Je ne peux donc pas m'en servir !!!!”

“The refills, batteries and usb chargers do not seem to be compatible. The mains charger only works with 2 out of 6 of my battery’s !!!”
