“I forget how many years i have been using these but it would seem that the quality of the batteries is diminishing as time goes by,holding a charge and duration of vape seems to be an issue with some. I will be sending two recently purchased batteries back for replacement and inspection ,i hope they identify the problem because i have been a very happy customer and user for years and would not want to be forced into finding an alternative”

“Emailed admin advising battery doesn’t work - been a Vip customer for years. This new battery charged but doesn’t work. No response or contact since emailed 2/11/20. V disappointing.”
