“Because of the trouble I’ve had recharging batteries I was sent replacements which also would not recharge - I have since been sent 10 more batteries - I have used 7 of these batteries and none have recharged. I have gone through four boxes of cartridges using the 7 batteries and the strength of these appear to be very low and sort life and not up to my previous purchases from previous cartridges. I have 4 boxes of cartridges left and 3 batteries left. So I can only say how disappointed I am with your products at the present time. I have purchased an alternative product from a local store as I do not want to return to cigarettes. You also sent me an epen and 3 cartridges but the epen does not recharge although I purchased additional cartridges from you and now contemplating if to purchase another epen from you to use them up. At the moment I am sorry to say I am a disappointed customer with your products”
