“switched to this pack as had no choice: my original ones are no longer made or supplied by you. Not as good as old ones, they do not last as long and have a harsher taste, but it's as close as I can get to originals. There are only 4 refills in the pack too, so getting through them quite a bit quicker. I'd be happy to discuss this and would welcome the return of old ones. Thanks!”
