“Have had to revert to this product as you have discontinued my previous brand (&might add with no notification) though my Dunfermline branch I'm sure still have stock. I bought several batteries for this product (grey coloured 5 per box) and as my local branch has been closed and I have idea when it will re open. “I have been using VIP for 9 maybe 10 years. It was my first e cig. First you discontinued the VIP USA Blend e liquid (it was the best) and now you have given up on VIP carts. Ten Motives is the worst tobacco flavour I have ever tasted and I have tasted a few. Will never buy from you again. Really really disappointed.”

“Prompt delivery and a good product with a very acceptable flavour. My only criticism regards the change from the VIP product to the 10 Motives one. It would have been useful to alert VIP users, either on the website or in the packaging insert, that the batteries and chargers for the 10 Motives are not compatible with the original product.”
