“Not sutch a good taste as the old vip ones the old vip refills had a much better taste and vaping experience been vaping the old vip refills for about 3 years now and I am disappointed with the taste and quality”

“The four cartomisers I ordered do not fit my VIP battery. What a waste of money. I am furious as I’m shielding and cannot get out to get cartomisers. I am extremely disappointed and angry. Juliajsimms@yahoo.co.uk”

“Cartomizers are fine but only lasted about 24 hours. On the basis that in that period I am asleep for 8 hours that means they lasted approx. 16 hours. When I first started using VIP products many years ago it was claimed that each cartomizer was equivalent to 40 cigarettes. I can't believe I am smoking 40 cigarettes per day.”

I am sorry to hear this; Our quality reports are completed on every batch of Cartomizers that are introduced to us from our manufacturer and at present we are not aware of any issues relating to these. What we believe may have happened is the wadding within the filter has slipped in the cartomizer and therefore not connecting with the atomizer.
