“Customer service is now none existent, no email to confirm the order, no email to inform when they will or might be delivered, definitely no tracking and as another reviewer mentioned nowhere near as good a quality as previous ones especially the VIP originals. And just missed an order which has now been returned to delivery office so will have to wait until at least Monday, dpd apart from tracking to the minute of delivery could be left in a safe place”

“I usually phone in my order and I find the staff to be really nice, friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone last time so had to email my order via the site and this was fine. Service is always very quick and efficient. I have no complaints and wold recommend VIP to anyone looking for a new supplier.”

“Ordered 3 packs of 40 cartridges only received one, tried ringing, no one seems to answer, emailed customer services still awaiting a response, paid 132 pounds and been robbed by this company, will never use your company again and am reporting it to trading standards.”
