“The quality is good and I hope you’ll maintain this in future because last time when I purchased VIP brand then you changed it to 10 Motive and my money was wasted because it couldn’t be used with 10 Motive. So, I had to buy it again. I feel the existing customers like me should qualify for free batteries and chargers if you keep changing the product. I do like your products anyway.”
