“Still waiting for you to find my 2 batteries sent to your complaints dept before Christmas. They were sent to your complaints dept Bolton area (p0sted)because I'm fed up with the poor quantity since you changed your product. I have spoken to one of your team twice he said he would see into my complaints after Christmas. I order for quite a few friends and family and they have asked me to lookout for a new company. Come on VIP get your act together .”

“Shocking carnt get through on telephone. Sent products back by post to complaints dept no reply Tried just this morning to contact on line still waiting for someone to come( on line) What is going on (you can't leave a message its always says the box is full. Please don't blame it on Covid we are face to face”

“Service and product good, but change of carrier rubbish. Previous tracking of parcel excellent being you knew when parcel delivered to 2 hours....new tracking is not tracking , parcel can be delivered in a 5 day period who knows !!!!! Go back to dpd”

“there is a problem with the batch that was sent. They dont have the menthol flavour and are really harsh tasting. its the second time ive had this problem. i thought buying the 11mg option may be better but its just as bad. i have ordered one more batch, hoping that any problems have been sorted, otherwise i will have to switch to a different ecig.”
