I am still waiting for the charger two weeks after ordering it. First I had to purchase the 10 Motives cartridges as the others appear to have been discontinued. They didn’t fit my e.cig battery, so had to order 10 motives battery. That didn’t fit the charger, so had to order a 10 Motives charger which I’m still waiting for. No emails to tell me the other brand had been discontinued. Appalling customer service and lack of regard for loyalty.
