“Never received it payed for delivery so it would come in 1-2 day after 2 days passed and the tracking number I put in said they still haven't received it from vip after web chat, 2 emails and a call where picked up then down then finally sorted on the phone 2 days after and got a refund because it was not the first time it's happened it was the third time”
