“The product, the price and the service were excellent, however, the new bottles are so thick that it is really hard to squeeze them.”

“I like the British gold liquids but why they changed the strength to 18 and stopped doing 20 strength and changed the bottles it takes longer to get the liquid out of the bottle please can you go back to the original bottles everything was just fine and then you have to change things if it's not broken don't fix it thank you”

“I have purchased this order for years and had no problem with website or product. My only complaint is that they no longer supply the 1.6 strength which is a disappointment, I had to order 1.8 which is a bit strong, I mix the 1.8 with existing 1.6 but when that runs out I will have to change suppliers”
