“I sent you a message around 6th October to say my purchase of 4th October didnt arrive. I rang DPD and they confirmed the driver sent it to the wrong place. I have tried ringing you too. I am so not impressed, I am down £60 and I have no oil. I am not sure if I will order from you again and I hope this matter can be resolved. I am very disappointed.”
