“The e-liquid itself is great but I do not like the change in the bottle design. It is now very hard to squeeze the e-liquid out. Please be mindful that not everyone has great dexterity etc. On a more general level, I have bought all my supplies and e-liquids from VIP for over 6 years and have always been very happy but will now be forced to buy elsewhere as VIP have discontinued their own brand batteries, clearomisers and coils I have been using which is very disappointing.”

“Very poor service oder one thing and get the other. I ordered 16mg and got 12mg oh and they have changed the ingredients without imforming anyone . Sent an email and got nuthing back”
