“Iam very disappointed on the change you have made to this product. I find it very difficult to remove the top from the E-liquid and after I manage to open it after quite a fight I struggle with trying to fill my tank as it comes out in drips. I have used your product for a number of years and was delighted with how everything was simple to use, I certainly cannot say that now.”
