“the liquid is fine, the packaging is the problem. when i order 3 bottles i don't expect the box they all were packed in, too. the postman won't put it through the letterbox and back to the sorting office it goes. placed the order on 15th oct and still waiting on 11th nov. been getting it elsewhere and will probably not order again after 8 years of regular orders. what a shame.”
