“Product has changed. Can no longer get the strength I used to get in this flavour. Also it’s a different taste. Doesn’t seem to work aswell with my ecig as the last one did. No explanations to these changes could be found?”

“very fast delivery, got my usual order of 3mg black ice blast and it’s a DIFFERENT RECIPE. Much thicker, doesn’t taste as nice, weird after taste, please change it back.”

“This product has recently changed from 70/30 to 50/50 and not for the better. Not just the consistency- had to change voltage to suit but the taste is different and quite sickly so safky after nany years I won't be ordering any more.”

“You have changed the look, the taste and consistency of the liquid. It doesn’t taste anything like it did before and you didn’t advise your customers this was happening? A customer service rep informed me you have changed supplier and the new supplier ‘promised it would taste the same as the old liquid’. Did nobody think to try the new liquid to make sure it tasted the same??? I am now having to find another company to supply my E-Liquid”

“This is the only flavour and brand I buy because it's perfect for what I want, but the recent flavour change is really disappointing. Cheap chemical like taste, similar to others I've tried which is why I came to this brand in the first place. Really hope they change it back to the original.”
