“Disappointed that 16mg strength has been stopped now jumps from 12mg to 18mg, also clear liquid does not taste as good as previous pink for 16mg.”

“After several months of trying to find a liquid I liked, I found triple menthol which I have now been using for 2 years. My latest delivery was very disappointing, the packaging has been changed so that it is now more difficult to open and dispense the liquid and, the worst thing is that the liquid has changed and it is now not one that I like. I will now have to start searching again and unfortunately it will not be with VIP”

“Compared to the old oils this tastes terrible and makes me cough even though I have gone down to 6mg as you have stopped doing the 8mg. Very difficult to get the oil out of the bottle.”

“New packaging/ different nicotine strengths and completely different taste! This is not the taste of the triple menthol ice previously, more like just a very strong menthol! very disappointed in the changes!”

“I wasnt aware the ratio on the liquids had changed and this has caused problems with my ecig, i have gone through 3 coils wothin 3days as the liquid is obviously too thick and burning my coils out. Now i need new coils. Much disappointed”
