“Ordered 10 bottles and was surprised to find the oil looked different from the usual type I’ve been ordering from VIP for the last 6 years. My surprise turned to shock when I actually tried it…….it is disgusting & bears no resemblance to the original. It gave me dry mouth and caused incessant coughing…….needless to say it is now in the bin & I have wasted £30! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years & can’t understand why VIP, a prestigious reliable company are now selling these inferior products. I’d really like to return the 9 unopened bottles and get a refund!”
