“The new flavour is really bad and the liquid is very thick. Sent all back for a refund . I found a new one V4POUR blueberry nice flavour and lots cheaper from electronic tobacconist”

“Very disappointed with purchase. bought 40 bottles without realising they had changed the flavour and also changed the actual bottle for a much cheaper version... Been using Blueberry VIP for a long time, if this does not change back i will need to find a new brand.. not happy!!!!”

“Liquid is ok, but the customer service is not, if you buy these liquids in the shop you get four for £10 yet the online charges you 3 for £10, my last order I received 8 when I ordered and paid for 10. I emailed them and this was ignored.”

“Not very happy you’ve changed the vg/pg ratio to 50/50 why used VIP ever since I stopped smoking but I think I will have to look elsewhere now to get the 70/30 vg/pg”
