“I used to buy this oil for around 5 years and have always loved it. However, I’ve just ordered some again and it’s your “new improved recipe” and quite frankly, it’s not improved at all! In fact, both myself and my partner are struggling to even use it!! It’s stronger, it doesn’t taste the same, it’s giving us both tickly coughs and a tight chest and we won’t be ordering it again!! It wasn’t broken and it didn’t need fixing!!! Such a shame now because I spend over £100 a month with you guys and now we’ve got to find a new brand that we’re happy with because utterly menthol has turned into utterly rubbish!!”

“Now it is 50/50 and not 80/20 it has gone majorly downhill. The solution doesn’t last long before needing refill. The consistency is too thin and flavour is poor and not strong compared to what it used to be (was my favorite ever) will now have to hunt for alternative. Please revert.”

“The service from the provider was great, fast and correct. But this ‘new improved’ cirro is absolutely awful and I’ve brought two full boxes of the stuff. I’d like to return it to be honest, we opened three bottles to see if it was a bad bottle or whether it was all as completely tasteless. It was the latter, the menthol has absolutely no impact upon inhaling or any hint of taste/mint at all. I have now switched brands.”
