“It’s a tasty blend, I’m not sure if there’s cinnamon in there but there’s a slightly sweet taste to it. Not for you if you’re a fan of dark roast since this is a medium, rather fair blend. I can’t speak to any “slimming” effects that it’s supposed to produce. I workout everyday and eat a pretty strict diet and have been drinking this blend for a month with no real difference, so that’s a bit of a bummer.”
