“I’ll purchase them again because I cannot find a substitute but the taste of them has changed over the past year. They used to be rich and bold when the label of the box was Gold Label. Now they are just labeled Organic and still espouses to be Gold but they just don’t taste same. Are you didn’t downgrade the quality? Also UPS or whomever ships for you destroyed the box and the individual boxes they came in were torn and crushed. The pods were mostly fine but one or two were damaged. I did not take pictures - just don’t have time for all that but wanted you to know. I wish you would go back to the original rich Gold flavor. It was worth it to pay the extra extra.”
“I've been drinking VitaCup coffee for over a year. About six months ago, I tried VitaCup Organic Genius. I love all of VitaCup's selections, but this is my favorite. I went from ordering a box or two of the Organic Genius a month in addition to my other selections to ordering their 64 count on auto every month. It's delicious, gives me the boost and clarity I want from my coffee, and I no longer experience heartburn from drinking my favorite caffeinated beverage.
