“I asked to pause the delivery until April and was told within 2 days that you would ship the order. Upon discussion with an individual at your site via email she said that that was not possible so as a result of not refunding my money for a shipment I did not want I canceled my subscription. There should be some kind of a warning when you go to your website and reschedule something or do it via email your email link that it will not take effect even though you do not want the order shipped for several months. I just received a shipment so there shouldn't have been one going out right away. See you! Wouldn't want to be you!”
