“I've been using the Genius Blend and French Roast coffees for some time and love them. I thought I'd try the Genius Blend tea to and it was good. I ordered some French Roast through Sam's Club and had a problem with the seal breaking open on several cups. I let them know about the problem just in case anyone else had the problem. Their customer service responded very quickly and even sent me some pods to make up for the problem. They said that no one else had that problem, but wanted to make sure I was happy. I haven't had any other problem.”
