“Your company is a scam, I didn't get the delivery of this, asked for a refund and had to file a court claim to get the refund and report the office manager to the police. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Very pleased with my reformer! I don’t think the photo did it justice and I was worried it may be a bit flimsy, but it’s certainly not. It’s very well made and runs very smoothly. There were no instructions included, but when requested they sent them promptly. It was easy to put together. It arrived very well packaged in a wooden crate, which made it very heavy for the one delivery guy! I would definitely recommend this reformer.”

“Got mine this week through Amazon. The instructions to assemble were difficult to follow as the pictures didn’t look like what was in front of me. Think the guide was for a previous model as the arm/leg straps fit differently to pictured. So far very pleased though as it feels just like the reformer I use in class.”

“Have had this reformer for over two years now. Both my husband and I use it most days and love it. We don't fold it away - found that a bit awkward, but fortunately have the space for it to be out. Much prefer to have this at home than paying a lot of fees to be a member of a pilates place and for the convenience of having it at home too. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Had great hopes getting the Bryon Bay Pilates Reformer but I've had a few problems in a very short space of time. I've only used it 4-5 in the 2 weeks. Delivery was quick and the driver very helpful in bringing in the big crate containing the Reformer. Straightaway I noticed one of the screws meant to hold up the bar had broken off but a quick chase up with the company and a new one was provided within a few days. Several problems are that the instructions are not detailed enough but a little patience and time meant you would eventually figure it out. The biggest problem for me which started from the 4th use was that the Reformer refused to close/fold away as I was halfway finishing the closure. Clearly there's a problem with one of the metal plates that's meant to bend in/out for the fold/unfold. It's just stuck midway. I'd done nothing different to the way I normally close it and had no problems doing it myself previously. I'm having to get my partner to pull very strongly to close it up and push down very strongly fully for me now or leave it out until he's available so he can do it. I'm afraid to pull a muscle if I try any harder. All in all it's a good machine for its price and maybe I'm just unlucky that I picked a faulty one. I love the wood detail and I love the options in resistance levels. Such a shame about the main problem.”
