“I love my new home Pilates reformer but one of the knobs when assembling broke!! But received the machine quickly and I have phoned them and they are in the process of replacing knob. Great delivery as well to my doorstep”

“The reformer is absolutely fantastic, being able to work out on it at home has been amazing and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. My only caveats would be to improve the experience: 1. Guides - it would be really useful to have assembly and care instructions. One of the wheels didn’t seem that smooth initially and it would be useful to know what if anything requires lubrication - the wheel has settled down after a couple of goes, so I maybe didn’t fit it entirely correctly / it might have been on a slant. It was pretty obvious how to assemble but it doesn’t hurt to have a one pager included. Also wasn’t sure if this was supposed to come with a dvd having read around the type on the internet. 2. There was a minuscule dirt stain I can’t remove around where the foot bar is attached - not a deal breaker and I am the only one who would notice 3. One of the bolts for the strap feed contraption was attached the wrong way, it just needed to be unscrewed and re-attached the right way 4. Just be aware this is big and heavy. Go through the measurements and check you have enough space. It is too heavy to move once assembled, maybe once a year for a special occasion but moving it regularly would hurt my back. 6. Have fun opening the crate (hammer and chisel required which I hadn’t expected but I guess that just ensures it arrives safely) All together I love this, it’s a perfect home Pilates reformer, of a quality standard and good value for money. I would highly recommend it. (For reference I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for 5 years in a studio)”

“The Studio Pro foldable reformer is a great machine. I was nervous about ordering from a company I didn't know and a brand I hadn't heard of but for my own purposes the machine does the job perfectly and delivery was quick. I would mention that the reformer arrived with the bit of wood that supports the neck board pulled off, but that was easily reattached, and also I have been unable to currently fix the shoulder pads in place tightly as the screw for the handle doesn't quite fit into the hole made for it. This should be easily fixed once I get my screw driver out and loosen some bolts. I would also say that the machine seems longer than ones I use in Pilates classes, and folded down is still large and heavy so I wouldn't say it was portable. It will still be an effort to fold away when I want to tidy the room for guests, and I certainly wouldn't be thinking about folding it away after every practice. That said, the machine does a great job, was easy to set up, feels sturdy and seems like it will last. I think it is the perfect mid-way machine for those who don't want to spend the extra on the better known brands. I love that it comes with a footbar and the cardio bouncer. And I would not hesitate to recommend it to those who want a good home reformer for a reasonable price!”

“I have been keen to get a reformer for a long time so did quite a lot of research into price and components. The Byron Bay reformer seemed the most affordable option for home use with the jump board and adjustable bar available with the Studio Pro folder reformer. Vitality 4 Life were extremely helpful with all my questions and the service of obtaining my reformer was excellent. The wooden reformer is a nice looking piece of equipment and it was easy to assemble. I have been really pleased with the quality and it operates well. My only comment would be the springs are a little noisy when using the jump board or pushing back with legs. I am using it everyday and enjoying the relaxing but intense work out it gives you.”

“If this is about Vitality 4 Life, then I have nothing but praise! The product arrived incredibly quickly and was well packaged, etc. The website was easy to deal with and the price for the product I bought was excellent value. I received notification about the delivery and used the option to have it delivered to my safe place, which worked a treat. Would therefore highly recommend Vitality 4 Life as a company and would definitely buy from them again. As for the product, the 'Studio Pro' Foldable Pilates Reformer, I think it is great and excellent value for money, easy to set-up and use. The only aspect I am a little disappointed about is that I had hoped to be able to transport it to clients, to offer sessions at my clients' homes, but this is not really possible. The machine comes apart and can be carried in two sections (carriage and frame separately) but it is still heavy and bulky to carry and I feel it would end up getting damaged from all the handling. So I am keeping it in my studio and will need to get my clients to come to my studio instead... I also bought a Pilates box and pole as separate accessories, but that was no problem and still all excellent value for money compared to most Pilates reformers out there.”
