“I've only taken it 5 times so far. I do feel tired after I take out. I bought it to help with leaky gut which I think I have because I have a lot of food allergies (wheat, dairy, eggs, soy etc). If it does repair your gut lining how long would that typically take and when would you start to tolerate problem foods? Thank you

“I’m on a modified FODMAP diet. I started taking Gut Renew mid September, 2023. I’m in my 4th month and have seen a remarkable difference in my bowel function. I have had a few bouts of diarrhea but nothing like before. Basically, I’ve added small amounts of foods like grapes, asparagus and casserole with cream of celery soup and have done well. I am keeping a log of my daily BMs and have met with the Gastroenterologist nurse practitioner who has approved of my taking the Gut Renew. I wasn’t real good during Christmas and had several bouts one week but have been ok since then. I’ve identified High fructose corn syrup, lactose, fried onion rings as some culprits.”
“I felt that this product starting helping my gut feel better after the first couple of doses!
My only suggestion for improvement is to make the scoop handle smaller since it was awkward using it.”
“I am on my third bottle of Gut Renew and I'm definitely noticing some positive changes. A few things have shifted. My heartburn feels non existent which is huge , my stomach feels a lot less bloated and calmer in general. I will continue to take this as I know it's repairing my gut lining.”
