“Quite effective . Managed one very good night but since then not so good . But that may well be down to a dreadful cold I have at the moment . Hopefully once I'm over that it will be back to a good nights sleep.”
“Shipping was good a bit slow but got here.
Have been using the tabs for over a week now and have had mixed results.
They do seem to assist in getting back to sleep on a restless night but need to be taken every day to work best.
Overall they work ok, and do help.”
