“After placing an order, I then waited for weeks before contacting for an update. Tried 3 times with no reply. Never did receive my order and then had to wait for Paypal to investigate before finally getting a refund over two months later. I would say that your customer service was terrible but nonexistent would be more appropriate. Stay clear!!”
