“Delivery took too long. Sat in Auckland for over a month. Called Natrol and got told it wasn't their problem. The courier DHL are equally hopeless - just a string of automated messages in response to a query. Even though the parcel was delivered two days ago the status on the DHL website still has not been updated from a month ago when it arrived in New Zealand.”
