“A great product. I used it every night for about 10 days just to re-establish a regular sleeping pattern. I now only use is when I’ve had a bad nights sleep the night before or I know there is something on my mind that will keep me pondering into the early hours of the morning.
The best things are when I take this tablet I still wake up but my brain does not switch on and I am able to go back to sleep quickly and then when I do wake up in the morning I am refreshed and ready to start the day.”
