it is not that I am just a poor sleeper but I am in fact an Insomniac so, unfortunately, I am in a position where I am in need of a stronger dosage than the 10mg tablet as I generally need to take 3 x 10gm tablets each night but often don’t get to sleep for a couple of hours after taking them.
Though I will require more in the not too distant future....
