“Thank you Vivida! Amazing product, fantastic customer experience... what more could you ask for! I live in the West of Ireland. My husband is a cold water swimmer and swims year round (without a wetsuit) in The Atlantic Ocean. I bought him a Vivida Poncho and he says it has changed his swimming experience, he loves it! I ordered the wrong size online and after speaking to the lovely Kerry in customer service, I received a confirmation email, within an hour, to say the warehouse had been notified and my order was updated. It's been a very long time since I felt customer satisfaction like I did after ordering from Vivida. It's a fantastic thing in today's world to see people are still doing business like this! I wish Vivida and everyone on the Vivida team every success in the future. Well done!”

“I have one for every member of my family. Great for trips to the beach and very fast-drying as they claim to be. It feels like they really paid attention to the little features that would make a difference, like the small inner zip pocket and a nice warm hood. I haven't seen any other ponchos match the quality of these.”
