“Nicely made product, terrible fit guidance, poor customer support. Preferring a roomy fit, I purchased this in a size XL even though their sizing chart calls for my 6' 240lb athletic frame to be in the middle of the range for a size L. On arrival, the sleeves were 3" too short. When asked if they could send me some extra fabric so I could have a tailor fit this problem, they said they couldn't do that. What is significantly flawed is their sizing chart which only provides for 1' longer arms for someone 5'9" as compared to someone who is 6'8". When pointing this out to them they did not admit to this failure nor offer to refund the purchase. They only provided a discount which was well less than the exorbitant $60 shipping fee that was paid. If you are of normal height and don't have T-Rex arms, do not purchase this item. Not being able to trust a company's sizing chart and knowing they do not stand behind their product has lost me as a customer forever.”
