“Very easy, just takes a minute to apply once you’ve done it a time or two. Much easier than using something like “Just for Men,” which I had to stop using because it irritated my skin, even though it doesn’t last past your next shower. I just make applying it part of my morning routine like brushing my teeth. Only negative thing I’d say is that the ash brown color that the system guided me to is not really brown. It’s pretty gray, but maybe that was my delusion regarding my real beard color, ha. I’m going to try a more brown color and see what happens. It’s a good product though, although maybe a tad pricey.”

“My nationality is primarily Afro American. Decided to try Volt Lifeproof after having tried two beard dying products. I had horrible, horrible allergic reactions to both products. I am still recovering from the severe skin damage. I have been using Volt for the past 2 weeks. So for I have had favorable results, no skin reaction at all. It does work as an acceptable alternative with coloring the greying areas. Importantly, it does not rub off on my shirt collars or other clothing as did other similarly applied products. It is NOT COMPLETELY WATERPROOF. Needs to be frequently “touched up” after sweating such as after a workout. Also, it comes off completely after washing my face and has to be totally reapplied. Thanks for coming up with a safe acceptable alternative to conventional hair dying.”
