I am glad that Volt Instant Beard Color is working well for you especially when it comes to touch up of dyes. We find that most men dye their beards on average every 4-7 days in order to keep up with the natural growth of hair. Volt Instant Beard Color works great as a touch up by maintaining your color for a longer period of time before it needs to be dyed again. Because dying hair is a more time consuming process using Volt Instant Beard Color for color touch up and maintenance will save you time. It can also save you money in a long run as you will end up using less dye.

This is a great feedback. We have been observing different results from our customers when it comes to the durability (lasting) of Volt Instant Beard Color. We noticed that the results typically vary based on the type of hair, lifestyle and the application process. Our team lives quite active lifestyle. We have tested the product in swimming pools, gyms, snow and salt water and found it to last on average 24-48 hours. However, there are a few conditions that can affect its longevity and I wanted to share these with you:
Volt Instant Beard Color is not a dye and thus the color does not dye (stain) the hair or the skin. Instead, the color adheres to the outside of the hair. With that said, Volt Instant Beard Color generally wears out faster on oily hair as opposed to a hair that is naturally dry. The color will also adhere to anything that is on top of the hair (oils, dirt or food) and it will also come off easier with it. Thus, we always recommend applying Volt Instant Beard Color over a clean, washed and completely dry hair to ensure proper adhesion.
Next, the container needs to be shaken well prior to the application in order to disperse the ingredients in the formula evenly. This is very important and it will provide the best results when it comes to coverage and proper bond to the hair.
More color typically lasts longer as it takes longer to wear out. Therefore we recommend applying more color in the areas that are exposed to more wear and tear.
Lastly, we do not recommend applying other products under or over Volt Instant Beard Color as they may interfere with the product (lotions, oils, creams or after shaves). As a matter of fact Volt Instant Beard Color is enriched with Argan Oil and Vitamin A so your beard always feels and looks good..
