Not one, but two brand new units have spewed out the black liquid onto my fingers and countertop upon opening them for the first time. I reached out asking for a refund for both, even sending photos of the mess each made, but, crickets. Though I'm disappointed in the two faulty units I purchased, the bigger disappointment is VOLT's non-response to me offering no remedy or recourse whatsoever. I hate having to even write this but hoping they will see it and someone respond positively.”
“I think i ordered the wrong color, should have gone with the black, not brown black but irrespective of the color, the stubble looks like it was painted over. Doesn't look right. I had to wash out most of it for it to look natural. But washing out means inconsistent application”
