“Thought I ordered a motor for my goodman central air unit and received the wrong motor. Different color wires than my original and motor ran in wrong direction and no way to reverse it. Tried to make it work but ended up just buying a whole new unit. Also paid for overnight or 1 day shipping and took overb2 days to get to me. Out about $140”
“I ordered a motor thinking it was 110v and on opening the box I realized it was a 220v motor. I emailed the company and asked for a return ticket which they emailed to me a day later a return lable. I went ahead and reordered the correct motor and also shipped first motor back to Voomi. I recieved a refund minus shipping @ a week later.
Voomi indicated to me that they would indicate the run voltage on the 220v motor ad and that should correct any further issues.
Seems to be a great company to do business with and my furnace is up and running again.”
